I do have an absolutely beautiful home that ultimately was worth the wait. We are still fixing some things but overall it’s a stellar experience. Has been exceptional in handling all warranty issues that arise and she has been on top of things making sure they are resolved timely. I like the promptness of warranty department and the quality of interiors should have been much better.

Home was my dream house but they messed it all up for us. Project got delayed a lot then they kept putting wrong stuff and kept taking thing apart over and over. Many things went wrong during the building of house. Bathrooms were taken apart couple of times as they kept putting wrong color tiles on baths. Another time tiles were not perfectly laid out.

The closing was rushed at the end and many final details were missed and now going through warranty. Paint all over the house is not consistent and won't be fixed at this point after closing. Overall, I think could have done better than this.
There were still paint stains on walls and wooden cabinets. Ultimately by the time we moved into our new house just in time for festive season, we were very frustrated with all this. We were so dissatisfied and disappointed that we never felt like it was our new house. I would never ever buy another home neither I would recommend it to anyone. Fantastic brand new design new construction home on north facing lot.

We tried speaking to her manager but there was no postive response either. We almost decided to walk away after signing the contract just not to deal with the whole situation. But it was the builder "" who turned everything around. If it wasn't we never would have proceeded further to buy this home.
I should have bought land and built a house myself. They painted the drawer rails along with the drawers which made them rough while opening and closing. Doorknobs all over the house keep coming out. At times there were significant delays in communication. I understand and realize that 2021 brought challenges that all companies had not experienced before, but I also know how important any communication is vs. no communication.
Couple of windows were broken which they replaced after we closed the house. They put standing shower instead of the bath tubs we chose at design center. They ignored so many of our requests, even though they were in final document created at design center. It was like thy didn’t hAve any respect for our choices.
It was our dream home and my sales person and my builder were amazing. They made our dream come true with our gorgeous home. The customer service from start to the finishline was fantastic .
For every concern, they are really attentive and go into detail to fix it. The builder was really good and - The warranty contact person does a perfect job of taking notes when we have some issues. — then discuss available options with the builder representative you’re connected with.
